Upper Body & Core Time Challenge #1 Advanced

Hey there everybody,

To have a really nice toned silhouette, we need to work on our upper body on a regular basis.

That’s why I have a new WO targeting this area for you today.

Upper Body & Core Time Challenge #1 Advanced

Needed equipment: A pair of dumbbells (I am using my 5kg DBs);

WO:

Part1:

  1. One Arm Elevated T-Push-up x5 each side;
  2. Single Leg V-up x2 to V-up x10;
  3. One DB Pull Over to Twisted Sit-Up x10 (2 count as 1);
  4. Single Leg V-up x2 to V-up x10;

Part2:

  1. Plank Row x2 to Hammer Curl to Overhead Press x10;
  2. Rotational Sprinters x10 (2 count as 1);
  3. Low to High DB chop x20 each side;
  4. Rotational Sprinters x10 (2 count as 1);

Repeat Part1 & Part2 one more time
