This is the first time challenge core workout.
The routine should be done as fast as possible, however some of the exercises require to be executed slowly and controlled.

Concentrate and take all that this routine can give you!

Core Crusher Time Challenge #1 Intermediate

  1. Plank Jump Jack x3 to Jump Tuck x10;
  2. Side V-up x20 each side;
  3. Sprinters x20 (on both sides counts as one rep);
  4. Push-up to Side Knee Tuck Cross Body Slide & Back to Jump up to Reverse Burpee x10;
  5. Reverse Crunch x40;
  6. Russian Twist x20 (on both sides counts as one rep);

2 rounds for time
