JR Home Body HIIT #1 Advanced Legs Cardio

Hey there everybody,

 

This is the first WO in the series JR Home Body HIIT. You won’t need any equipment for it but your jump rope.

For those of you who want to do it but cannot jump rope yet, don’t be discouraged- you can pretend you are jump roping and still receive all the benefits from the WO.

We are doing four different body-weight exercises and we are jump roping every second minute. The WO is for advanced, however doable for everybody with switching to some easier modifications of the exercises.

Of course ideally we want to go through the WO without modifications, but it is pretty fine to modify the exercises if you cannot go on anymore. I switched to some modifications as well,  and after some time when I go back to this WO will try to do less and shorter rests. Everyone has room for improvement 😉

 

Now, grab your jump rope, warm up, and lets start 🙂

  4. Rabbit hops x3 to Plank;
  5. JR High Knees;
  6. Jump Lunges;

  8. Side-to-Side Squat Hop to Jump Squat;
