Upper Body & Core HIIT #1 Advanced

Hey there everybody,

A lot of the women skip to train their upper body as they believe that it may lead to enormous muscle growth and eventually they will loose their feminine silhouette and will look like “Arnold’s twin sister”.
However muscular development and strength depends on several factors such as genes, hormones, size and shape, amount of testosterone in the body.
To make big, strong muscles is not so easy even for the men, and it is much much harder for the women.

The asymmetrical figure can alter the beauty of the person regardless of how pretty he/she is.
We should train EVERY part of our bodies to avoids imbalances, prevent injury and look better.

You are welcome to our first Upper Body & Core WO.
Pick up some light weights and lets do it!

Enjoy!
