Hey there everybody,
I am pretty happy to finally publish this workout.
It has a very long story. That is the fourth time I shoot a video for it.
All previous attempts, there were some technical issues and the videos were not good enough to be shown.
I should admit that I changed several moods because of this lack of success. I was wondering how do the other people do it- do they need to record their videos so many times? I was wondering what I did wrong, was disappointed and irritated, and started to ask myself “Is it really worth it?”, and even “Is this “my thing” indeed?”.
BUT, no matter all the failed attempts, we now have this very very nice workout here, and I do not regret any try I did for it. Now I know what went wrong before, and here is the result 🙂 . Of course I would feel much better to have four different new workouts instead of just one. I do believe that every new begging is hard. Sometimes we may feel like everything is against us. That we are not good enough. That we fail with each try. But struggling is not a failure! Giving up is a failure!
And if you ever feel this way, stop for a second, calm down, take a deep breath in, and start again.
I can ensure you that this time it will be much much better!
