Hey there everybody,
This is another workout for advanced.
However if you are not on that level but you feel like you want to give it a try- go for it!
You will find out that during the workout I am having a really hard time too. And if I have to be honest, I felt a bit ashamed because of that. I even though not to publish this video but to shoot it once again hoping that I will manage to do it better.
But I think that’s a very good example that if we are not able to do something in the way we want it, doesn’t mean that we are weak, or loosers, and not good enough. It means that we have a room for improvement, and shouldn’t be a reason to give up.
