101 Home Body Time Challenge #2 Legs & Abs

Today’s workout contains only three body weight combos, and we are doing two rounds.

Don’t forget to do a short warm up before the work out and cool down and stretch after it. And in between … never forget to have fun 😉

  1. Competition Burpee with Double Crunch x4  x10;
  2. Long Jump Forward to Plank Shoulder Tap x2 alt to Cross-Body Knee Tuck x4 alt  x10;
  3. Hip Rise x5 to Rised Legs Crossed Toe Reach x4 alt to Squat to two Small Jumps Back  x10;

2 rounds for time
