101 Home Body Time Challenge #1

  1. Side Jump Lunge x20;
  2. Sumo Jump Squat to Side Bend, touch the ground x10 alt;
  3. Beginner Push-up to Beginner Knee Hugs x3  x10;
  4. Forward-Backward Lunge x10 each side;
  5. Half Burpee

3 rounds for time
