Hey there everybody,
This is the first workout from the series “Home Body HIIT”.
This is 15 minutes body-weight high intensity interval training, where we have 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest.
This type of workouts is pretty fun and suitable for everyone, as the advanced can go faster, and the beginners slower, but we all are doing one and the same exercise at the same time.
This gives a room for cheating with not pushing too much, but I trust you all and believe you will give all you can 🙂

15min HIIT 45/15
Part 1:
- Burpee;
- Jump Jack Squat Jumps (low out);
- Prisoner Squat to Jump Up (left);
- Jump Jack Squat Jumps (low in);
- Prisoner Squat to Jump Up (right);
Part 2:
- Plank Knee Tuck;
- Knee Hugs;
- Plank Transformers;
- Side V-up x3 to Reverse Burpee (left);
- Side V-up x3 to Reverse Burpee (right);
