I am glad to show you our new bodyweight time challenge full body workout.
This workout is a bit harder due to the fact that we cover our upper body as well, but it will pay off with giving us nice toned sihouette.
It is suitable for advanced people, but of course everyone is welcome to do it, with the only note: don’t get frustrated! Give yourself a time, and you will see incredible results 🙂

- Plank Jump x3 to Jump Tuck x10;
- Dive Bomber Push-up to Rollback x10;
- Bicycle Crunch x6 to Jump Jack Push-up to Jump Up x10;
- Competition Burpee x10;
