Hey guys,
This is another body-weight workout.
For this one though you will need a towel 🙂 and of course a yoga mat.
It is for advanced but everyone is welcome to give it a try.
It contains only one round 😉 and we are going to do five different body-weight exercises.
However, that’s not all 🙂 We will start with 10 reps of the first exercises, then 20 reps of the second, 30 of the third, 40 of the fourth, 50 of the fifth 🙂 and then will go back- 40 reps of the fourth exercise, 30 of the third, 20 of the second and 10 of the first one.
And even that’s not all 🙂 We have one more exercise with witch we are going to start, and will do after every other exercises.
If you are a beginner or intermediate, but still have a will to do this workout (which I encourage you to do 🙂 ) you may decrees the reps of this “between exercises” exercise- for instance if you are a beginner try to do 2 reps instead of 5, and if you are intermediate- try to do 4.
