This is another short workout for which you won’t need any equipment but your yoga mat 🙂
Today we are going to do a time challenge, but I do expect to finish within 12-13mins.
However, if my pace is not ok for you, you shouldn’t get discouraged. You have the following choices:
- Check the workout breakdown and go through the workout alone with your own tempo (you can do that in case you are slower, or in case I am slower than you 😉 );
- Do as many reps as you can (even if they are not the same amount of reps I do) and switch between exercises together with me (again you can apply this is case you are slower or faster than me, but in any case right down your score, so you can compare the next time you come back to this workout);
- Pause the video and do all the reps according to the workout breakdown (you can implement this only in case you are slower);
In any case, don’t give up the workout! Give it a try! And have fun!
