15 mins Fun #4 All Levels Full Body

Hey guys,

Sometimes we all are too busy to workout, or we don’t have access to any equipment.

For such cases I have for you another 15mins Fun workout :).

This is a HIIT type of training and what you should remember is that you are in control of the intensity of the workout. Remember, what you are going to get out of this workout is exactly what you put it. It is only 15mins, so give it all you have. Challenge yourself, be fast, but never sacrifice your proper form. And try go unbroken through all the interval. I am sure you can make it!

Needed equipment:

  • An obstacle (I am using a yoga block)- optional;

1. Flying Burpee;
2. Twist Jump x2 to Jump Squat;
3. Side V-up (L);
4. Side V-up (R);
5. Single Arm Plank Twist Jump to Jump Up alt;
6. Sumo Jump Squat to Archer Squat alt;
7. Low Knee Up-Down to Jump Squat;
8. Push-Up to Side Plank Upper Knee Up;
9. Bicycle Elbow Strike (Single Knee to Chest with Twist) alt;
10. Lateral Ape;
11. Donkey Kick to Jump Lunge x2;
12. Half Moon;
13. Knee Tuck Kick Up;
14. Front Kick Through alt;
15. Push-Up to Dive Bomber Push-Up;
