Upper Body & Core HIIT #4 All Levels

Hey guys,

It’s time for upper body focus again.

It is HIIT (high intensity interval training) again, but this time instead of going through all the exercises and doing several rounds, we are going to do four intervals of each exercise before moving to the next one.

Needed equipment:

  • A Heavier Weight- I am using my 12kg (26lbs) KB;
  • A Yoga Block;

Part1:

16min HIIT 30/15

1. Single Arm Elevated Pushup to Front Arm Rise (alt);
2. Around the World to Core Twist;
3. Single Arm KB Row (alt);
4. Single Arm KB Clean & Press (alt);
5. Hollow Body KB Horizontal Press to Chest Press;

1min REST

Part2:

4 min HIIT 25 / 05

1. Mountain Climbers;
2. Tip-Toe Crunch;

4 rounds

30sec REST

4 min HIIT 50 / 10

1. Elbow Plank Hold;

4 rounds

Grab your weights, always choose them wisely ;), warm up and lets do it!
