Ingredients:

In a bowl, pour 250-300 ml of yoghurt and sprinkle with chia seeds. Stir and let the seeds soften for about 20 minutes.Cut the fruits of choice:

  • banana;
  • kiwi;
  • strawberry;
  • apple;

 

Preparation:

Add a handful of raw nuts (cashew, almond, walnuts) and maple syrup.
