Hi guys,

Welocome to our website!

I do hope you will have a fun time here with us and I do hope that we will spend a lot of time together from now on!

 

This is our first workout 🙂
You do not need any equipment for it but I guarantee you it will be fun.

This is a full body intermediate cardio workout, or you can make it in your active rest day.

However it is doable for everyone, so do not be scared if you are a beginner and give it a try.

 

It is a time challenge workout, which means that we will try to do it as fast as we can, BUT without sacrificing the proper form 😉 and having fun all the time 🙂

  3. Reverse Burpee x10;
  4. Plank Cross-Body Knee Tuck x20;
  5. Rock-Start Jump Competition Burpee x10;
  6. Sumo Jump Squat x20;
  7. Backward-Forward Low Jump Competition Burpee x10;
  8. Bicycle Crunch x20;
