The benefits of weigh training are so well known. But sometimes we don’t have access to weights or we just want to do some crazy cardio.
Well, here you can find that- that is an advanced jump rope workout for all of you who feel like today they want to drawn in their own sweat and feel like they own the world.
I should admit that before starting this workout I had serious doubts if I will manage to finish it.
We all are so unsure and vulnerable sometimes. But one thing I can tell you for sure- the fear is always bigger in out heads than it is indeed. So don’t give it in and try what scares you to death and you will find out a brand new world over there 😉

Needed equipment: Jump Rope;
- JR High Knees 1min;
- Beginner Front Kick Through x16alt;
- Plank Twist Jump to Push-Up x10;
- JR High Knees 1min;
- Curtsy Lunge Jump Knee Up to Side Lunge Jump Knee Up x10 each leg;
- Bear to Plank Jump Jack x20;
- JR High Knees 1min;
- Frog Jump to Jump Up x16;
- Plank Walk Out to Push-Up x10;
2 rounds for time
Finish with 1min of JR high knees
