Hey there everybody,

 

Today’s workout is another time challenge where we will not need any equipment but an exercise mat.

On today’s video you will see me struggle a lot, but I am a human too and I am not afraid to show it.

 

Please let me know if my struggle makes you feel motivated, as it shows the real effort, or it demotivates you because if I have such a hard time, maybe it will be too hard for you.

And let me know how you felt after the workout.

  1. Push-up to Plank Frog Jump to 180 Jump Squat with arms swing x10;
  2. Squat with Twist x20alt sides;
  3. Candle to Comando Push-up x2 x10;
  4. Curtsy Lunge Knee Up Jump x20 each side;
  5. Push-up to Plank Reach x10;
  6. Reverse Burpee to Jump Lunge x2 x10;

3 rounds for time
