The nice and strong body includes nice and strong upper part as well. So never skip your upper body workout 😉
This is a nice funny 19min HIIT WO which can be adapted to every fitness level by adjusting the speed and the weights. Remember, this is a competition, but you should compete with yourself, not with someone else.
So use the rest intervals to write down your score and later on, come back to this WO again and check how much you have improved 🙂

- Competition Burpee;
- DB Biceps Curl;
- Bird Dog x2 to Pushup;
- DB Arnold Press;
- Single Leg V-Up x2 to V-Up;
- DB Row x2 to Push-Up;
- DB Toe Touch;
- Plank Transformer to Elbow Plank Rock;
- DB Thruster;
Rest 1min and repeat
