Hey there everybody,

This is one pretty hard workout. One of those you don’t really want to start and you don’t believe you will finish.

But that is exactly why this workout is here- to prove you can be wrong when it comes to your own abilities, and to show you you are much better than you believe.

It is a little bit longer that our usual workouts, but I promise you it is full, and after you are done you will feel really good 🙂

So don’t skip it because of the fear of fail, but try it and prove yourself you can 🙂

  1. Everest Climber x5 to One Leg Jump Up x10;
  2. Knee Hugs x3 to Reverse Burpee Jump Tuck x10;
  3. Push-up to Plank Cross Body Knee Tuck x2 to Side Plank Jack Knife x10 (I skipped the push-ups here in round 1, but you feel free to add them 🙂 );
  4. Sumo Squat Pulse 1-2-3-Jump x20;
  5. Donkey Kick Burpee x10;
  6. Plank Jump Jack x2 to Bird Dog x2alt x10;
  7. Ninja Jump to Push-up x10;

3 rounds for time
