We all know that every beginning is hard. In fact taking the decision for change and dedicating to it, is the hardest thing you should do. Following the plan is much much easier. However, you should have realistic expectations for the improvement you can achieve in a certain period of time. We all want the results immediately but unfortunately it doesn’t work this way. So be patient with yourself and every day do something that challenges you no matter how easy it may look to someone else. Remember- this is you versus you. Don’t compare to anybody else. This is your body, this is your effort, this is your journey.

Part 1 (Legs):

  1. Squat Jump to Sumo Squat alt sides;
  2. Side Jump Lunge (R);
  3. Backward Lunge Knee Up (R);
  4. Squat Jump to Sumo Squat alt sides;
  5. Side Jump Lunge (L);
  6. Backward Lunge Knee Up (L);

Part 2 (Abs):

  1. Long Sit Up;
  2. Plank Shoulder Tap x2 to Plank Jump Jack;
  3. Wide Vertical Scissors;
  4. Elbow Plank to Out-Side Knee Tuck to Leg Lift;

Repeat Part 1 one  more time;
