Needed equipment:

  • Jump Rope;
  • Towel;

  1. JR High Knees (if you are a beginner, you can do Basic Bounce instead, or High Knees without a Jump Rope);
  2. Curtsy Lunge to Sumo Jump Squat alt;
  3. Hollow Body Coil (Knees to Chest / Supported Knees to Chest);
  4. JR High Knees;
  5. Clapping Jump Squat (if it becomes too hard you can add a Air Squat here and there to avoid taking a rest);
  6. Bicycle Elbow Strike;
  7. JR High Knees;
  8. Plank Frog Jump to Jump Up;
  9. Star Crunch;
