However sometimes the weather or something else can distract our plans. But as I often use to say, you always find what you are looking for. So better look for a way, not for an excuse. Consistency is the key to the success 🙂

Needed equipment:
- Jump Rope;
- Towel;

- JR High Knees (if you are a beginner, you can do Basic Bounce instead, or High Knees without a Jump Rope);
- Curtsy Lunge to Sumo Jump Squat alt;
- Hollow Body Coil (Knees to Chest / Supported Knees to Chest);
- JR High Knees;
- Clapping Jump Squat (if it becomes too hard you can add a Air Squat here and there to avoid taking a rest);
- Bicycle Elbow Strike;
- JR High Knees;
- Plank Frog Jump to Jump Up;
- Star Crunch;

Abs After-party:
4min HIIT
- Hollow Body Hold 30sec
- Plank Hold 30sec
- JR High Knees 1min
