Hey there everybody,
I was criticized that the previous 15mins Fun workouts contained a lot of different combos and for the people who are not very familiar with the names of the exercises and the time they need to understand the combo is close to these 45 seconds that we have for working interval. And this way they cannot feel the benefits of the workout, became frustrated, and in general this type of workouts is not fun at all 🙁
That’s why this workout will contain basic exercises and less combos.
However, the workout is fun, and of course it is effective.
