Sometimes we feel like we have done everything that depends on us to achieve something, but the whole world is against us.
Sometimes it may be true 🙁 But most of the times, it’s us who is looking for a good reason NOT to do it.
This workout is a typical example to show that if you really want something, you always find a way.
And although that working out in the wind and on a soft surface may make all the exercises much harder than normal, the satisfaction after the workout is even bigger than normal.
I am so happy I did it. You give it a try too.

Ladder starting with 5 reps of each exercises. Every next round increase the number of the reps with 5;
