  1. Super Crunch x3 to Reverse Burpee to Half Burpee x10;
  2. Jump Lunge x3 to Stationary Lunge Jump x2 x10;
  3. Walk into Plank to Plank Jump to Push-Up to Walk Back x10;
  4. Leg Lift to Tornado Butt Lift x4 alt. to Plank Jack x1 x10;
  5. In-In-Out-Out Jump Squat x10;
  6. Dive Bomber Push-Up to Plank Side-to-Side Jump x2 alt. x5;
    Repeat 5 & 6 one more time;

2 rounds for time
