Needed equipment:
- Power Bands- Heavy and Medium resistance;
- Heavy weight- I used my 20kg (44lbs) kettlebell;
WO:
Part1:
HIIT 20 / 10
Use the heavy resistance power band placed in the middle of your calfs;
1. Hollow Body Abduction;
2. Jumping Jacks;
4 rounds
1min rest
HIIT 20 / 10
Use the heavy resistance power band placed above your knees;
Use the medium resistance power band placed in the middle of your calfs;
1. Jump Squat;
2. Elbow Plank Jack;
4 rounds
Part2:
- Competition Burpee Jump Tuck x10;
- KB Swing x20;
- Plank Frog Jump to Jump Up 10;
- KB Deadlift to Goblet Squat x10;
3 rounds for time
