It is yet another video that targets mainly the booty.

Grab your heavy weight and your power bands and lets do it!

Round Booty #2 

Needed equipment:

  • Power Bands- Heavy and Medium resistance;
  • Heavy weight- I used my 20kg (44lbs) kettlebell;

WO:

Part1:

 

HIIT 20 / 10

Use the heavy resistance power band placed in the middle of your calfs;
1. Hollow Body Abduction;
2. Jumping Jacks;

4 rounds

 

1min rest

 

HIIT 20 / 10

Use the heavy resistance power band placed above your knees;
Use the medium resistance power band placed in the middle of your calfs;
1. Jump Squat;
2. Elbow Plank Jack;

4 rounds

 

Part2:

  1. Competition Burpee Jump Tuck x10;
  2. KB Swing x20;
  3. Plank Frog Jump to Jump Up 10;
  4. KB Deadlift to Goblet Squat x10;

3 rounds for time
