Hey there everybody,

After several really hard workouts, today we are going to take a short rest and concentrate in out core.

Grab a dumbbell, your exercise mat and lets begin.

Core Crusher HIIT #2 Intermediate

Needed equipment:

  • A dumbbell (I am using my 5kg (12lbs) DBs);

WO:

Part1:

  1. Weighted Pullover Twist with Knees to Chest;
  2. Weighted Overhead Hold Single Leg Knee to Chest alt;
    Repeat x3;

Part2:

  1. Side Plank Upper Leg Knee Up to Jack Knife (R);
  2.  Tip-Toe Crunch;
  3. Side Plank Upper Leg Knee Up to Jack Knife (L);
  4. Tip-Toe Crunch;
    Repeat x2;

Part1:

  1. Weighted Pullover Twist with Knees to Chest;
  2. Weighted Overhead Hold Single Leg Knee to Chest alt;
    Repeat x3;
