This time we are doing 16mins HIIT 45/15 workout with main focus on legs.
This workout is applicable for everybody, from complete beginners to advanced. Feel free to modify the intervals of work/rest for your own fitness level. Also is case the workout is too much for you, you can do one round only. Or, if you are advanced and still full of energy, you can go for three or even more round.
