Hey there everybody,
Today I decided to create a workout for those days when we are too busy for a long workout but still don’t feel quite comfortable in skipping the day.
We are going to do a AMRAP workout, which means “As Many Reps As Possible” during 12min interval.
We will do body weight exercises only, and you won’t need any equipment but your exercise mat.
