Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 tea cup quinoa;
  • about 10 roasted red peppers;
  • 1/2 dill link;
  • 100g of mozzarella;
  • 100g of white cheese;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;

 

Preparation:

The quinoa is boiled in 1 and 1/2 tea cup of water, the peppers are diced, the mozzarella and cheese are chopped into cubes, the dill is chopped and the garlic is crushed in a mortar or with a press.

All products are mixed after the quinoa has cooled down.
