It is a great full body cardio WO, however it was pretty hard for me, and I really though I will not be able to finish the it. But as I use to say, we don’t even expect how strong we are indeed.

  2. Clapping Jump Squat to Side Kick x20 alt;
  3. Push-up to Double Knee tuck x10;
  4. Curtsy Lunge to Sumo Jump Squat x20 alt;
  5. Low Backward Jump x2 to Long Forward Jump x1 to Comando Push-up x2 x10;
  6. Knee hugs x3 to Reverse Burpee x10;

2 rounds for time
