It is a great full body cardio WO, however it was pretty hard for me, and I really though I will not be able to finish the it. But as I use to say, we don’t even expect how strong we are indeed.

- Curtsy Lunge to Sumo Jump Squat x20 alt;
- Low Backward Jump x2 to Long Forward Jump x1 to Comando Push-up x2 x10;
- Knee hugs x3 to Reverse Burpee x10;
