NOTE: choose your weights wisely. They should challenge you but not crush you;

- A Light Pair of Dumbbells- for instance 1kg (2,2lbs) DB;
- Heavy Pair of Dumbbells- for instance 3kg (6,6lbs) DBs;
- A Heavier Weight- for instance 8kg (18lbs) KB;
- A Towel;
