  • A Heavy Kettlebell- I am using my 12kg(26lbs) KB;

NOTE: choose your weights wisely. They should challenge you but not crush you;

Upper Body & Core HIIT #3

  • A Light Pair of Dumbbells- for instance 1kg (2,2lbs) DB;
  • Heavy Pair of Dumbbells- for instance 3kg (6,6lbs) DBs;
  • A Heavier Weight- for instance 8kg (18lbs) KB;
  • A Towel;
