  • A Heavy Kettlebell- I am using my 16kg(35lbs) KB;

NOTE: choose your weights wisely. They should challenge you but not crush you;

  • A Light Pair of Dumbbells- I am using 3kg (6,6lbs) DB;
  • Heavy Pair of Dumbbells- I am using 5kg (11lbs) DBs;
  • A Heavier Weight- I am using my 12kg (26lbs) KB;
  • A Towel;
